We take residents’ privacy and data security very seriously. This policy sets out what personal data we hold, how we hold and safeguard it, what it is used for and how people can have data removed from our systems.

We hold the names and email addresses of residents and other people interested in Widcombewest, at their express request, to update them via email about local issues and events. These details are held in our email system – 1&1 webmail, and also in a Google Doc. These systems are securely password protected and encrypted and are accessible by no more than four volunteers.

Participants can request to have their name and email address removed from our records at any time by emailing info@widcombewest.uk

We use WordPress.com to provide our website. We do not collect or hold any personal data via our website.
